a deposit of 25% of the total price of the stay will be required at the reservation with a minimum of the amount of one night.

We ask for a security deposit of 200€ upon your arrival. It will be returned to you on the day of your departure if no damage has been noted in the accommodation during your stay. This deposit also includes the loan of the "beep" access to the parking.

For weekly rentals, the cleaning of the premises is the responsibility of the tenant during the rental period and before his departure. However, a cleaning package at the end of your stay is available on arrival if you wish. Package price: 40€.
